A new 42‑minute gameplay video for High On Life 2 just came out. The game mixes fast shooting, comedy, and skateboarding. It looks like a big step forward for the series.
Main Highlights:
- Skateboarding: Players can grind, jump, and flip on a skateboard. Levels feel like alien skateparks. It makes battles faster and movement more vertical.
- Talking Weapons: The funny guns return. Classic ones like Sweezy and Gus are back. New weapons are also here, like “Sheath,” voiced by Ralph Ineson. Each weapon has its own powers and jokes.
- Missions: The demo showed bounty missions on ConCon, a planet full of conventions. Players free parking spots, fight alien gangs, and chase corrupt politicians. Action stays loud and chaotic.
- Voice Cast: The game has many famous voices, including Ralph Ineson, Michael Cusack, Betsy Sodaro, J.B. Smoove, Dave Herman, Shelby Young, Eric Bauza, Alec Robbins, and Richard Kind.
