Bongo Cat is the perfect idle game for anyone who wants a cute companion on their screen. In this typing based simulation, players watch a small cat tap away while they work or browse. You earn tapping points that can be used to buy fun cosmetics to customize your pet. Now, the game is getting even more social with a brand new update.
Chatting with Other Bongo Cats
The biggest change in this update is the addition of a chat function for multiplayer lobbies. Players can now send small messages to each other, making the experience feel much more alive. If you prefer a quiet environment, you can easily turn off the chat and emotes in the multiplayer tab.
Finding a group to hang out with is also much easier. Lobbies now have three different privacy settings: Public, Invite Only, and Friends or Lobby Code. If you just want to jump in and meet new people, the Join Random Lobby option will toss you into a public room instantly.
Unlock Exclusive Collaboration Outfits
If you love dressing up your cat, there are some limited time collaboration cosmetics available right now. You can find these by clicking the gift icon after booting up the game.
First, there is a crossover with the game Tap Tap Loot. By wishlisting or purchasing that game, you can unlock the Goo Cat skin, the Jester Hat, the Bunny Skin, and Bunny Ears. Second, Bongo Cat has teamed up with MilkwayStudio for their upcoming title, Typing Farmer. If you wishlist Typing Farmer, you will receive a cute cow skin and a chicken accessory for your cat.
Save on DLC Until April 27
