If you love building crazy machines and fighting endless waves of enemies, it is time to get excited. Payload Studios has just released a brand new demo for TerraTech Legion. This isn’t just a short teaser. The best part is that any progress you make in the demo will carry over into the full game when it launches next week.
Build Your Ultimate Battle Machine
TerraTech Legion is an indie action roguelite that combines vehicle building with the popular bullet heaven genre. Instead of just playing as a character, you design your own battle vehicle using a deep, block-based system. You can decide how your machine moves and how it fights, allowing you to create a unique build for every run.
In the demo, you play as Mikela and fight through the sandy dunes of the Dust Bowl. You will face off against hordes of Legion enemies, starting with basic fodder and moving up to Super Elite infantry. To get stronger, you need to destroy Legion bases to earn XP and find new blocks to buff your Tech.
When and Where to Play
The full version of TerraTech Legion launches on April 30th. It will be available on PC and Xbox Series X|S. For those with a subscription, the game will be available on day one via Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Game Pass PC.
